Books

Books are powerful tools. Not just to pound your husband over the head with when he forgets to bring home the milk...again....but I honestly believe they're full of magic. Watch any one year old flip through the pages, running her fingers over the illustrations. Watch any preschooler sound out the words and laugh at a Dr. Seuss story. Watch as she imagines the stories in her mind, paints the pictures and talks about them days later.

Below is a few recommended readings for both your children and family. It'll be a continued work in progress as I track down even more titles. Please feel free to recommend your own!

Make sure to check your local library for these selections.
